Through our partnership with the District, we have successfully managed its $300 Million Master Equipment Lease Program since August of 2004. As a value-added leasing partner, Grant Capital assists the Treasurer's Office by being the single point of contact for title issues, invoicing, Master Lease Program funding reconciliations, questions regarding essentiality of equipment and any other matters that involve the Master Lease Program.
During the period of this Master Lease contract; Grant Capital proposed refinancing the District of Columbia's Public School bus lease program, which resulted in $1 Million in savings annually.
