Grant Capital Management believes in giving to communities in which it conducts business. We participate in projects, programs and initiatives aimed at helping citizens most in need.

  • NASECO in Partnership with GCM

    Grant Capital Management in partnership with The National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) provided a $5,000 donation to New Orleans East Hospital.

  • GCM Involvement with CCBC

    Derek Mitchell, SVP of Grant Capital Management serves as chairman of the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation (CCBC). To date, GCM has donated over $20,000.

  • GCM Sponsors James Mosher League Dodgers Baseball Team

    Grant Capital Management sponsored three baseball seasons for the James Mosher League Dodgers Baseball team for elementary students in Baltimore City.

  • Mayor Rawlings-Blake Thanks GCM for Gift to City Pool

    Former Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake thanked Grant Capital Management for a donation of $90,000 to the Baltimore City Foundation to fund continued operations at Druid Hill Park Pool.

  • GCM donates to NORD Foundation

    Grant Capital Management donated $100,000 to the New Orleans Recreation Development Foundation (NORD) in support of community based recreation programs and summer camps for New Orleans youth.

  • The Grant Capital Management Mabel G. Young Scholarship

    Grant Capital Management created an annual academic scholarship in the amount of $5,000 given to an awardee selected by the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) to offset some of the expense of obtaining a college education.

Grant Capital Management’s Legacy of Giving at McDonogh School

JP Grant has supported McDonogh School for over 15 years by mentoring and providing scholarships for Upper School students, donating to and supporting the Sankofa Club (the Black Awareness Club), and making major contributions to funding the John McDonogh Stadium improvements. Grant Capital Management’s commitment to uplifting the community is evident in JP Grant’s longstanding legacy of mentorship.

JP Grant and Team Deliver SRT and $42 million in Economic Impact to Baltimore and the State of Maryland

Grant Capital Management partnered with BMW Construction Specialist Inc. and Andretti Sports Marketing to promote and orchestrate the operations of the Grand Prix of Baltimore presented by Street and Racing Technology (SRT), resulting in boosting the local economy and ushering positive attention to the city.
